This website has really good SEO potential (and therefore affiliate/advertiser revenue) because it can generate really short URL's containing each of these popular search terms. For example www.holidaysto.com/greece contains all of the keywords to match the search term 'holidays to greece'. With a good site structure in place, this domain can target countries, regions and resorts across the world.

I will listen to offers in the region of £5,000 for the domain, which is reflective of it's value in an undeveloped state (check out the sedo market place to see how much is being asked for other holiday sites, this is a bargain). I don't currently have the time to develop a website on this domain as I'm working on other projects, however I would rather hold on to it than sell for less than it's worth.
